Chef Rene' Cruz with his application of multicultural flair compliments the owner's visions. Chef Cruz has created an explosion of elegant yet more than satisfying dishes ranging from New Yourk Strip with Armagnac glaze and caraway mash to pastrami-scented salmon with pickled apple fennel on our dinner menu. Chef Cruz created a lunch menu just as gastronomically pleasing with courses ranging from tomato soup with the essence of bacon to artisan flat bread pizzas hosting a variety of fabulous gourmet toppings...Combining the elements of fine cuisine and "Red" hot environment and mixing them again with a multitude of upscale options for your culinary pleasure including table side monitors linked directly into the kitchen...will redefine "dining out" into more of a "Red" experience!

Just as intense as our menu..."Red" is the scene for VIPs. Beautiful people mixing with the pulse of the night's sounds...Bottle service customers can groove a top our "balcony" offering a perspective of the exclusive "hot" party blending below. The atmospheric pulse transverses from the sophisticated leather chairs and low tables in the front of the house to the cosmic rays in the ceiling of our "ball room" balancing out the creative urban table settings offered there. Service time should not be a concern...our innovative owner has positioned conscious, professionally staffed bar areas and in both locations... allowing you to be more focused on the total "Red" experience!
